This site describes solve-engine as it is on main: 2.43.0, which npm does not have yet. npm installs 2.40.0, so a page may show an answer that version does not give yet.

Charts: visuals the engine describes as data, never draws. <vector> as sparkline and plot <expr> from <a> to <b> both produce a ValueType.Chart value, a specification (points, a domain, a range, a label) a host renders with its own charting library (issues #186, #187).

On by default, and removable: an engine that wants no charting drops this package and the two forms simply do not parse, exactly as dropping the colour package removes colours. Nothing else depends on it.
